Zen Almendar Residence is a one level apartment located in the third floor and in a prime and luxurious location. With panoramic views overlooking Costa Rica’s Country Club golf court and the Escazu Valley this residence was custom designed like no other.

As one enter in the elevator to the Zen Residence you can see an open living area with panoramic views throughout the whole residence. Its unique designs resembles the exotic asiatic culture and at the same time gives a very modern minimalist feeling.

The first two suites have each their own private zen bathroom incorporating modern Chinese design and architecture and their own walk in closet. At the end of the residence you will see the master bedroom with a wide walk in closet. The main bathroom has a Japanese tub and also a minimalist shower perfect to relax after a long day in the city.
